Used the touchless option for the first time, I’m not impressed AT ALL. Does not do a very good job at cleaning. Glass and leather/plastic cleaner and vacuum are great. But definitely on the pricey side considering touchless does not clean very well. I will need to wash my car elsewhere and unfortunately I will not be returning.

I have going to Autoworx since they opened! Great value for a wash and self-service cleaning. I drive an Expedition and have never experienced any issues. I don’t go anywhere else, highly recommend!

I’ve had such a great experience using this car wash! It’s right next to my kids school, never overly packed, easy to understand!

I recenlty bought a new Mercedes GLS450 and didn't want to take it to anything other than a touchless car wash. I was not expecting too much from this touchless wash based on many reviews here, but it was the only one anywhere close to me, so I gave it a shot. I was very pleased with the results! My SUV was nasty from all the recent snow and ice (and we have a very long gravel drive, which added even more mess). I chose the $20 wash because it was the only one that also did the wheels, and when I came out the other side, the vehicle was really clean. I just had to touch up the side mirrors, since they fold in for car washes and don't get cleaned as well. The only thing that is an issue is that they only have 6 bays for vacuuming, and the only one available when I exited the wash was an end one that didn't have vacuums on both sides. As a result, I had to drag the vacuum hose through my vehicle. Not good; had to clean off the white center console to get the dirt off of it. I don't know where so many negative reviews are coming from, but I'll be back. Wish they had one a little closer to my house in North Raleigh between Six Forks and Creedmoor.

Bought the highest package they offered ($20) whole body still had a layer of dirt/dust fender wells didnt get even touched still very dirty. Blew my door handle cover off. Wheels still have alot of brake dust on them. And tires came out with no shine. Terrible wash for the money and parking lot is very small i wasnt able to use any vacuums because of how little space there was mind you this truck is only the size of a 1500.
